Bayazıt Property is an estate agency based in Mahmutlar, Alanya, which provides consultancy services to those seeking properties for sale or to let throughout Alanya. We assist buyers from both Turkey and abroad at every stage of the process, from property selection to title transfer and beyond handover. We also work directly with German-speaking buyers.

Who are we?

We are a team based in Alanya who know the area well. Every buyer’s priorities are different: some want to be within walking distance of the sea, others prefer a quiet estate, whilst others are looking for rental income or an investment that qualifies for Turkish citizenship. That is why we listen to you first, then work with you to assess the options from our portfolio and those available in the region that are right for you.

How does the purchasing process work?

• We’ll discuss your requirements and budget, and select suitable listings for you.
• We view the properties in person or via video call.
• Once you’ve made your decision, we’ll guide you through the process of obtaining a tax number, setting up a bank account and providing the necessary documents.
• We’ll go to the Land Registry together; after the keys have been handed over, we’ll sort out the utility contracts together.
